Some project apocalypse, other say the global warming story is overhyped. I found a 50 minute documentary titled "Doomsday - Global Warming Called off" which talks about this topic, trying to find the answer. The documentary starts off talking about the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). The IPCC is a scientific body tasked to evaluate the risk of climate change caused by human activity, established in 1988 by the United Nations. The documentary explains us how the information IPCC is spreading about global warming is incorrect. The idea that the IPCC promotes is that "climate has been changing dramatically in the last few decades", and that "mainly humans are responsible for that". In a series of interviews with doctors and professors, the documentary tries to explain how the IPCC data is incorrect. The data used by the IPCC is gathered using supercomputers which run huge climate simulations. But this data, according to experts, is very unreliable and should not be used to base governmental policy decisions upon. "For true understanding of the climate", these experts say, "the history of global temprature should be examined first". The documentary goes on by explaining different aspects of global warming in the present, past and future, bringing some very interesting insights and answers. The documentary:
